From the studio....

hit it like you mean it...

Bernard is getting the levels for Paul's drums as we speak, and we're going to begin tracking drums and bass today...yay! Yesterday was our first day in the studio, and it was quite productive - I don't know what it is, but I love being busy with work like this. Actually, I do know what it is, and it's just the fact that being creative with music - something you've created - is one of the coolest experiences in this life of mine, and I can't wait to do it until I die. It is so amazing to me how quickly time passes in here...

In other news - there isn't much other news. I'm going to try and play an open mic in L.A. while I'm here, and maybe meet up with some ex-coworkers working out of the L.A.office. OH we went to the Getty on Friday - gorgeous museum in the hills above the 405 - it was great. I'd do things like that every day just to remind me of how beautiful this part of the country can be.
